Start a scope review
You have written the message three times and deleted it, because you are not sure what a contractor needs to hear first.
That is a deliberate design decision, not a missing feature. A form would collect your details into a system before you had any reason to trust it. A direct route gives you the same access with none of the collection.
How we work
- Dubai villas and townhouses onlyWe work on villas and townhouses owned and occupied by the people who commission the work.
- Written scope before priceThe existing condition, the requested work, and what is deliberately included and excluded — written down before a figure is attached to any of it.
- Exclusions stated in writingWhat the price deliberately does not cover, visible before you commit rather than after.

Phone, WhatsApp and email routes are live: call or message +971 56 703 0041, or email info@rawdhaalaqsa.com.

Phone
Call or WhatsApp +971 56 703 0041
In an approved build this becomes a direct link that opens the phone application on your own device with the number ready to dial. You place the call yourself; this website never dials, connects or records anything.
-
Messaging
Call or WhatsApp +971 56 703 0041
In an approved build this becomes a direct link that opens the messaging application on your own device with an empty message box. You write and send it yourself. No script, widget or floating chat control is loaded here or there.
-
Email
Call or WhatsApp +971 56 703 0041
In an approved build this becomes a direct link that opens your own email application with a blank message. You write and send it yourself; no subject or text is filled in for you.
We work in Arabic and English, in conversation and in project documents.
Your first message
What to include
None of this is required. It simply lets us give you a useful answer instead of a request for more information.
- The community. Which of our ten areas the property is in.
- The property type. Villa or townhouse, and whether you own and occupy it.
- The areas involved. Which rooms or parts of the home the work concerns.
- The outcome you want. What you are trying to solve or achieve — more useful to us than a list of materials.
- Roughly where it sits. Which of the five bands you think the project is closest to, if you have a view. A rough answer is fine; the survey decides it properly.
- Occupation and timing. Whether the household will stay in the home during the works, and any date that genuinely constrains you.
- Anything already prepared. Drawings, a designer's scheme, quotations you have received, or community correspondence.
Please do not send bank details, payment information or identity documents in a first message. There is no stage of a scope review that requires them.
The panel opens only when you ask for it. Without JavaScript the same link simply moves you to this list.
After you write
What happens next
-
Your inquiry is reviewed
Our manager reviews every inquiry personally against the property type, the community, the scope and our current capability.
-
We answer honestly, including no
If we are not the right contractor for the project, we say so directly. Every inquiry may be declined, and being declined costs you nothing but the message you sent.
-
If it proceeds, we survey
A site visit establishes the facts that decide cost and buildability. Only after that does anything resembling a price exist.
-
You receive a scope and price basis
A costed bill of quantities with its assumptions, exclusions, allowances and provisional sums, so you can read what is included, what is not, and what each figure is based on.
Suitability
Whether a scope review is likely to go anywhere
- Property
- An owner-occupied villa or townhouse. Apartments, offices, commercial fit-out, investor flips, maintenance contracts and small repairs are outside our published scope.
- Community
- One of our ten Dubai communities. Elsewhere in Dubai, we will tell you honestly whether we can serve it.
- Minimum inquiry
- Inquiry eligibility begins at AED 10,000. Work between AED 10,000 and AED 50,000 is considered at our discretion and is not a sixth formal band.
- Decision authority
- It helps if the person we are talking to can decide, or is speaking directly for the person who can.
Important
What contacting us does and does not mean
- Not a quotation
- Nothing on this website is a quotation, an offer, a contract or a binding price. The value bands describe scope and complexity; they are not prices and they carry no fixed inclusions.
- Not automatic acceptance
- Contacting us starts a review, not a project. Every inquiry is reviewed and may be declined, before or after a site visit.
- Fees
- There is no published fee schedule for pre-construction work. Commercial fees are decided case by case and confirmed to you in writing before anything is agreed.
- When something becomes binding
- Only when it is issued to you in writing and agreed. A conversation, a message or a page on this website is none of those things.
- Your data
- There is no contact form on this website — messages reach us by phone, WhatsApp or email. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are read. See the privacy note.
Next step
Start a scope review
Describe the property, the community, the areas involved and the outcome you want. That is enough to begin a review.
