About Us
A focused Dubai technical-services business
Before you let anyone near the home you live in, you want to know who they are, what they actually take on, and what they will not claim.
Rawdha Alaqsa renovates villas and townhouses and delivers residential interior fit-out for owner-occupiers in ten Dubai communities. That is the whole published offer, and the narrowness is deliberate.
We would rather show you how we work than tell you how good we are. What follows is the method, in the order you would meet it.
Rawdha Alaqsa · Technical Services · Dubai
How we work
- Dubai villas and townhouses onlyWe work on villas and townhouses owned and occupied by the people who commission the work.
- Written scope before priceThe existing condition, the requested work, and what is deliberately included and excluded — written down before a figure is attached to any of it.
- Exclusions stated in writingWhat the price deliberately does not cover, visible before you commit rather than after.
Operating boundary
What we publish, and where
Scope and geography are the two limits that make a same-week survey and consistent supervision realistic.
- Published services
- Villa renovation, townhouse renovation and residential interior fit-out. See the services.
- Audience
- Owner-occupiers — people who live in the home they are renovating, or who will live in it when the work is done.
- Operating area
- Ten Dubai communities, listed in full on the area guide. We do not advertise across all of Dubai.
- Languages
- Arabic and English, in conversation and in project documents.
- Public identity
- Rawdha Alaqsa · Technical Services · Dubai
Outside our published scope
These are not services we offer, and we do not position ourselves for them:
- Offices and commercial or B2B fit-out
- Apartments
- Investor flips and resale-turnaround work
- Annual maintenance contracts
- Handyman and small-repair work
Qualification is by property, community, ownership, language, need, budget, timing and intent — never by nationality.
Position
Proof before promise
Our approved position is a single sentence: Know the scope. Know the price basis. Then we build.
اعرف نطاق العمل وأساس التكلفة أولاً، ثم نبدأ التنفيذ.
What differentiates us is not a claim about taste, speed or price. It is documentary control: scope, price basis, approval path, payments, changes and hidden-work quality recorded in writing before and during construction, and compiled into completion evidence at handover.
That choice has consequences we accept openly. Our planning stage is more work than a quick quotation. We decline projects we are not the right contractor for. And we cannot lead with a headline price, because a headline price without a stated basis is exactly the thing this method exists to replace.
Claim limits
What this page deliberately does not say
- No figure for years in operation, completed projects, team size or customer satisfaction. Internal management estimates exist; an internal estimate is not a public fact.
- No rating, review score, testimonial or customer quotation, because we hold none with a verified source and exact written publication permission.
- No award, accreditation or media mention.
- No ranking claim, no superlative and no promise about price, programme or defect-free work.
- No supplier, brand or press mark, because a relationship we cannot evidence and a mark we have no permission to use are both borrowed credibility.
- No comparison table. We publish a one-column record of our own controls instead.
Each of these is publishable if and when it is evidenced, on the terms set out in Gallery — and not before.
The next step is a review, not a project
Describe the property, the community, the rooms involved and the outcome you want.
What happens after you write: your message is reviewed against the property type, the community and the work we take on, and you get a straight answer either way. If it is work for us, we set out what a survey would need to establish and propose a date — no figure is issued before that survey.
Next step
Start a scope review
Describe the property, the community, the areas involved and the outcome you want. That is enough to begin a review.
